The innovative hybrid timber structure and the use of carbon-reduced concrete cut carbon emissions by around 30 % even during con­struction. Adherence to strict cradle-to-cradle principles ensures the fully docu­mented usage and subsequent cycle of materials. The high demand on climate and environ­mental protection, as well as on the future viability of the building, which wholly complies with the EU\u2019s taxonomy require­ments, is expressed by the targeted Platinum DGNB and WiredScore certificates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
